Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Because all of our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can arise. We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• The product received is significantly different from what was described.
• A technical error occurred during the purchase and the product was not delivered.
